Facebook Names Naureen Mohammed As Head Of Brand Advertising MENA

naureen-mohammedFacebook has appointed Naureen Mohammed as Head of Brand Advertising at Facebook Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. In her new role, Ms Mohammed will work on partnering with FMCG advertisers in the region, defining strategy and driving business outcomes, to ensure they reach their consumers in the most effective way on Facebook.

Ms Mohammed brings over 20 years of experience in FMCG strategy, operation and marketing across the media, consumer products, having led many household brands across a number of categories including Unilever and Beiersdorf. Prior to joining Facebook, she held both local and regional roles in emerging and developed markets at Johnson & Johnson where she held the position of Marketing Director, MENAP.

Ms Mohammed is also passionate about women in business, coaching and mentoring female talent. She holds an MBA from Henley Management College UK, an MSc in Biochemical Engineering and a BSc in Biochemistry, University of London.
